I PAID FOR OVERNIGHT (or 2-DAY) DELIVERY. WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY ORDER YET?
We understand the excitement of receiving your order promptly. Please allow us time to process your order. Depending on whether you ordered dry goods or livestock, this can take 1-7 days. Once shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number so that you can monitor your order during transit and contact the shipping carrier directly if you notice any concerning delays or issues.
DO YOU HAVE A RETAIL LOCATION?
Chris's Fishes is an online store only. We do not have a physical brick and mortar location. But we do make appearances at events hosted by local area fish clubs in the northeast and mid-atlantic coast of the US. Connect with us on social media so you can see where we will be next.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship livestock within the continental USA only. Please refer to our shipping page for additional information. If you live outside of the continental US and would like to order fish food, please contact us for a quote on shipping.

WHAT SHOULD I FEED MY FISH?
You should be feeding your fish a variety of foods, just as they naturally have a diverse diet in the wild. Ideally, they should be fed a combination of dry food, frozen, and live. Our fish are accustomed to being fed our Chris's Fishes fish food 3-4 times a day, along with frozen tubifex & brine shrimp, and live foods like daphnia, vinegar eels, and blackworms. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions on which of the Chris's Fishes foods would be best suited for your fish.
